Whether you want to grow as a public speaker or something else, videos have become almost necessary to building a personal brand. But if you're like me, I was kept back from making videos because I was obsessed that the quality wasn't right, that it was too late to become known on YouTube, or the million other excuses I gave myself. I overcame these excuses though and simplified the video creation process so anyone with a phone and determination can do it.
