I wanted to talk about my fellow misfits for a second. You know the ones - the troublemakers. The difficult to work with brilliant geniuses who everyone else ignores.
Leaders: ignore them no longer, unless you want your organization to die.
Employees: think about who are your company's misfits - and then reach out and consider partnering with them on something revolutionary.
