remember what it feels like to win. stop over complicating it. i think we built up our entire lives around like a big pay off. train for three months, study for four years boom BIG win. you should win EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. we are going to teach you how to do that today. stop holding the winning back.
The three steps to a new routine
Remember your old routine the last time you were in the zone or winning. Write those things down.
Research winning routines. Limit this to two weeks.
Mix old routines that still work with new ones. Make this about a 50/50 mix.
