today we are doing a deep dive into how I developed my limiting belief coaching strategy. when we move into the touchy-feely portion of this work it all gets sticky and it is hard to see movement because well we don't/can't measure it the way we measure "normal" things. so what is we reset how we overcome these beliefs. what if we create tangible comfortable movement? what if we structured the touchy-feely to be action-oriented. i have seen this process work as I have done work to overcome my own limiting beliefs and working with teams of fierce women.
