i want you to show up fully for this life. no more of this half self stuff where you are at the weekend BBQ with friends but not really there at all because you are thinking about the million long list of to-dos you have sitting at home. ya, have been there and beyond. i know right you are sitting here thinking of ya easy for you to say right...girl i get it. and yes easy for me to say but if you want to be there you can be we just have to start challenging the "norm" that surrounds action.
