May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we are kicking off this intro series with defining it. Talking about our own experiences with mental health and also exploring how some of our beloved Biblical characters had mental health concerns that can be used to understand it’s part of our human experience. We don’t just have to be spiritual; we get to live into the fullness of the human experience.
