Description

Message: There are a lot of things we can complain about, developing a complainers attitude. In the Old Covenant burnt offerings were used to offset sin and show appreciation to God with sacrifices of praise. In the Psalm, David pleads with listeners to give thanks to God for satisfying the hunger, thirst and satisfaction of their distressed souls. The redeemed cry to the Lord in sincere and earnest pleas for help out of storms, knowing His faithfulness. Our actions reflect proximity to the Lord as anger is transformed to gentleness. In thanksgiving of every aspect of our lives, we develop a rich relationship with God and gratitude for His faithfulness.

Scripture: Psalm 107: 1 - 2 "O give thanks unto the LORD, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy..." KJV
