Description

Message: Paul is addressing the new Christians about the transformation of their thinking and lives, finding contentment in an eternal kingdom and having grace when persecuted or treated wrongly. In our daily lives of chasing, striving and coveting, we are inconsistent letting God hold us, replacing Him with an object. There is an antidote for irrational passion for things, Godly contentment in His promised provision. Trust He's got your struggle, let Him catch you when you fall, it will build assurance and be a great gain. The trying of our faith is our crown of glory.

Scripture: Hebrews 13:5-6 "Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.  So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me." KJV
