We often focus on the thoughts and opinions of others but what if it is you who is in your head causing confusion and chaos? Sometimes it can be hard to admit and even recognize that you are responsible for holding yourself back with negative self talk creating lack of self confidence. The good thing is, You can also change this. First by speaking positively to yourself and then taking action for change. You are in control of your thoughts which manifests into behaviors. You decide whether those behaviors will help you grow or hold you back. You can make provisions to your character at any time. It’s never too late to create new habits, just make them healthy.
