ALL WE HAVE IS MORE HORRENDOUS AND HORRIBLE NEWS. NOTHING IS GOING WELL IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE. IT’S A REAL MESS AND DON’T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

-cmhc and TTC heads both quit in the same week? Both have obviously done horrible jobs

Where are interest rates heading
-the 4th house on my street came on the market yesterday.
-why do we have to wait for Trudeau to step down or for his term to end? Why can't we just step him down? Why are we all such pussies?
-is the market going to crash, will it trade sideways? Will it drop slowly?
-Ontario has brought in 1.2 million immigrants in the past 2 years. we only have 17k new detached single family homes slated to start in 2024. How many are owned by investor/flippers? Realtors? How is this going to be enough? How can prices not surge?
