Experiencing the Death with Chhinnamasta Technique
Guests: Navaran and Aadu
Episode Langage: English, Nepali
Chinnamasta Conversations (CC) is a part of the Mindful Maya podcast in a Conversation from the Silence to the Silence.
In this segment, we have yogis Navaran and Aadu from Nepal. Both of them are a part of Shiva Yog Sadhana Kendra, an ashram founded by Mother Guru Aama Radhika. They share their thoughts on the Chhinnamasta Technique of Meditation.
The Chhinnamasta Technique involves Kundalini Meditation to reach a threshold of consciousness where the self dissolves, leading to a profound connection with non-being akin to death. This state is attained through breath control, visualization, and meditation. It's compared to passing out or near-death experiences. Proper guidance and a group setting are stressed. The practice aims to tap into universal energy beyond individual identities, potentially bridging spiritual practices and scientific research.
