Emily Gray is a franchisee of Chicken Salad Chick in the Little Rock, AR area. She started with the company at store #1 in 2011 and has grown through roles in the corporate office and eventually owning her own stores today. Emily is a graduate of Auburn University's College of Education. She combines her passion for serving others and background in education to develop her team and serve her community.
