The story of God begins with creation. God blessed and provided mankind with everything needed for them to thrive in perfect relationship with Him and one another. He called man to be stewards of God’s creation, filling it with goodness. Sadly, everything went from “very good” to very bad rather quickly. Rather than ruling over the earth, they became ruled over by sin when they gave in to Satan’s temptation. They rebelled against God, severing healthy relationships with one another and with Him. As a result, the curse of sin, death, and evil entered the world. This is known as “The Fall”.
