Description

In this episode, Dr. Debra Kessler comes onto the show to talk about her roadmap that she uses to help others understand what truly is going on for a neurodivergent individual. Her WHAT system, which stands for Wellness, Home, Around Me, and Task, highlights the unseen systems that play a massive role in observable behavior and how others may interpret a person’s behavior. Debra’s training not only as a nurse but also as a clinical psychologist, gives her a unique perspective as a child and family advocate.
