It is not a one-and-done process when it comes to sales enablement and coaching. Sales enablement departments need the C-suite to align with their efforts. When the enablement function delivers the KPI that the C-suite cares about, it will have a seat at the C-level.
Sales enablement leaders aren't the only ones under scrutiny all the time, sales reps do as well, so enablement leaders need to prove the value of the programs they have planned.
