Laval recently returned from an incredible trip, participating in the Adventure Racing World Championships in South Africa. The course took racers over 900 kilometres of rugged terrain across a variety of disciplines. We also discuss the importance of ‘doing the math’ on your time, something we both implement to keep us planning the next trip and not taking opportunities for granted.
