Jack Thompson is an Australia ultra cyclist, currently residing in Spain. Jack has a long list of accomplishments on the bike, including his recent world record setting ride for cycling in one week. He cycled 3505 kilometres (2177 miles) in just seven days to set the new record. We had the honour of speaking with Jack about his record attempt, other amazing rides, and his struggles with depression and how that fits into his ultra cycling life.
