Algeria. North Africa. Biggest country on the African continent, 10th largest country in the world (by land mass). Cheap gas, though not as cheap as Libya. Also, wow, the French committed some serious war crimes with really brutal torture of POWs in the Algerian War from 1954 to 1962.
