Discipline is the bridge between your success and your failures. We all need a bit more discipline in life when it comes to achieving greatness. For today a few of the quotes used are as follows;

In today's episode we are going to talk about discipline. We are also going to breakdown the difference between discipline and motivation. How motivation fades and why it does but also the power behind having discipline. Also I'm going to share a story with you about how I lost my way and found the path back through discipline. Remember we are all human and sometimes we make mistakes, which is completely okay! The main take away is don't beat yourself up when these happen, pick yourself back up and continue on your journey. Another highlight to take away from today's episode is that it takes 66 days to make a new habit stick. That means on this journey of 66 days it's going to be tough and its going to get challenging.
