Description

Before we succumb to one of our weaknesses - be it an addictive behaviour or another form of self sabotage, there is a window.



We enter this window when we experience discomfort, a trigger or a stressor. Can we withstand it?



If yes-  we may not succumb.



If not, we may give in to that glass of wine, or some other unwanted yet compelling action. No problem in the short run, but over time this can be problematic.
