Hi folks! In this episode, I wanted to get personal and give you an update on what's been going with me and talk about this theme of Freedom (and self-love). Freedom was a driving influence for me to start this podcast, start my own business, and is at the heart of what kind of life I want to build for myself. It is totally new (and a little scary) to be so open, let myself be seen, and share my truth in a public forum - but it is what makes me feel alive and empowers me to continue on this path. Aside from my own reflections back to moments in my life where I first felt this sense of freedom, I provide some advice and steps you can take if you feel the call to start to think about your own life direction and are interested in building a life that's more aligned with what you REALLY want, what will really make YOU happy.
