Brother Jayantaji was involved with a group of Margiis in India trying to get Baba's release. This included them going to the Indian PMs residence without any security clearance and talking with the PM about Baba's release. This caused quite a stir! Jayantaji had quite a few close meetings with Baba in jail as well as while living in Calcutta, attending many reporting sessions, while generally very serious , some were very funny. For example, one time Baba had some dadas acting out a certain role in a drama He had them performing before everyone, and very badly not being actors, much to the laughter of all those present (and performing!). He also describes getting microvita sadhana, watching microvita demonstrations and experiencing Dharma Shamiksa! He was in Tiljala for the reaction to news that Baba had left His body and the aftermath. Lastly, he gives a fascinating observation of Baba the president of Ananda Marga, as oppose to the sweet guru of Ananda Marga.
