Description

Commissions are an important part of a direct sales business. The success of this direct sales business depends on these distributors' retention. Introducing dynamic compression in the software as a factor helps direct sales business to provide timely payouts. Dynamic compression is where distributors are received commissions or payouts even if some of the members is inactive. This dynamic compression lets commissions flow from inactive levels to active levels. Also, this feature can be used to monitor distributors’ behaviour in several parameters.

Activity detection: The activity is constantly monitored such as their purchases, sales, recruitment etc.

Threshold management: Certain level of activity must be met by the distributors to maintain their status. If their status is below the average, then no activity is detected, and they are inactive.

Real-time recalculation: When the distributor is inactive, the program automatically rearranges its structure for further calculations.

Hierarchical management: After tuning with the commission path, the system can retain its general hierarchies.
