When we start a family everything changes.

As much as we think we will have a baby and carry on as normal, nothing is ever the same again!

Join me as I chat to Sleep Coach Hannah Mason from Dusk to Dawn as we discuss the idea of Matrescence and the physical and mental impact of motherhood.

There is no other point in our adult life where we experience such a huge shift in our hormones, bodies, social circle and identities. We can be left feeling lonely, isolated, lost and overwhelmed, and that's before the mum guilt kicks in!

Hannah gives us an honest insight in to some of the changes we experience as mothers, as well as some simple ways we can start to rediscover who we are and what we need.

This conversation isn't just for the mums! It's for the dad's and friends and daughters to help us understand better how to take care of ourselves and each other.
