Each season requires us to look after ourselves in a different way. We can't go at the same pace all year round, if we try we'll hit overwhelm and burnout.
Winter especially calls us to slow down and nurture ourselves to thrive through the darker, colder months, and even though Christmas is behind us we still have over a month left of this season.
On today's episode I'll be sharing how I eat, move, practise self care and connect differently in winter. I hope it gives you some inspiration to embrace the slower pace of this season and to find the magic in it.
