We know that it's good for us to get enough fibre in our diet as busy women, and to eat a wide variety of gorgeous fruit and veg to ensure we are getting all the nutrients we need to feel great, but how much is enough?
Today we look at how many portions of fruit, veg and pulses we need to get enough fibre, what a portion looks like and simple ways to add them to our meals and snacks.
