I don't know about you but I ain't got not time for getting sick if I can help it !

I'm passionate about supporting myself and other women to feel WELL and live life to the full, and while illness and bugs can be a good indicator that we need to slow down and take care of ourselves, there are some simple and even fun habits we can employ to boost our immune systems and stay well through cold and flu season.

Catching every sniffle that our kids take hoome from school doesn't need to be a given, so today I'm sharing the five things I'm doing this autumn/winter to support my immune system and enjoy this gorgeous time of year.
