Reseting, saying goodbye, and not being our own critic is in the air this Fall. I’m talking about what I’m doing to reset my mind, body, and routines while also answering your advice questions. We all get so caught up in the fast pace speed of life and how fast the sun rises to sunset with doing so many things just to feel productive. We live in the fear of failure if we don’t. That’s how we meet our friend “Burn Out” and I wanna break up with that friend and reset my daily life. I’m sharing my struggles, the updates, and what you can try. :)
