🌟 Exciting News - my INSEAD thesis is now available as podcast ! 🌟

In 2023, I completed the Executive Master in Change program at INSEAD. My thesis, titled "Decisions in Motion: Unravelling the Dynamic Process of Executive Decision-Making through a Psychodynamic Lens," dives into the intricate ways leaders make decisions, exploring the tension between intuitive and rational thinking—often referred to as System 1 and System 2—and examined whether leaders primarily rely on intuition and the implications this has for organizations. 

🎯A key focus of my dissertation was the unconscious role in decision-making and the importance of anxiety. 

📦Interestingly, I propose that the decision itself can serve as a transitional object, helping to reduce uncertainty and enhance psychological security within the leader-employee relationship.
