Alicia had the pleasure to have Michelle Lall back on the podcast! Michelle discusses how somatic meditation can get to the root of a person's emotional eating issues and promote awareness and healing from past trauma in their lives.

Michelle Lall is a Toronto-based Certified Holistic Nutritionist, a Trauma-informed Transformational Coach, and the Founder of The Emotional Eating Evolution Program. She works with women who are experiencing emotional eating and body issues. Michelle founded LALL Nutrition as a way to support women to reclaim their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and health in a holistic way.

Michelle helps her clients to get to the root cause of their emotional issues so that they can have a healthy and happy relationship with food and their body that actually creates results with their health goals.

After years of dealing with emotional eating, Michelle created a 3-phase method to resolve emotional eating so individuals can feel free, confident and at ease in their body and around food in a sustainable way.
