1. Daniel’s life was faithful (vs 1-4)
a. He was respected
b. He was “distinguished above all the other high officials and satraps” vs 3
c. He ruled the kingdom without fault
d. He served God faithfully while serving the kingdom rightly.
2. Daniel’s life was a testimony (vs 5)
a. His faith was genuine
b. His faith was true
c. His faith showed others that:
i. God is worthy to be worshipped
ii. God is never to be abandoned
3. Daniel’s life was a target (vs 6-15)
a. It was God they were against.
b. It was self that Darius served
c. It was God that Daniel served
4. Daniel’s life showed complete trust (vs 16-24)
a. In God’s power
b. In God’s protection
c. He showed complete trust
Daniel’s life proclaimed God’s Glory (vs 25-28)
