In the previous episode we shared our own shuteye experiences, but like many of our topic discussions, we came away with more questions than answers, and so we felt the need to draw on the knowledge of an expert in this space. In this episode Christy chats with sleep expert Dr Moira Junge from the Sleep Health Foundation - Australia's leading advocate for healthy sleep. Dr Moira is a psychologist in sleep and has a deep passion for improving lives through sleep.
She shares her expert advice on the science behind sleep, why it's a key pillar of health and wellbeing, what good sleeping habits look like, how much we really need, and how poor sleepers can address their challenges, and in extreme cases, where they can get help.
