Charlie Guthrie is known statewide for his work on behalf of veterans. He is a key member of the "Wreaths Across America" team and speaks at many events and schools throughout the area. The Dresden school students, with the help of the school staff, held a pennies war supporting this honorable project in 2024.
The "Let's Talk Sedalia" program is hosted by Ron Toellner and John Meehan. It is produced by the 2025-2026 Smith-Cotton Queen City CAPS Digital Media & Technology team of Dax Wiskur, Thomas Grable, Traevon Booze, Logan Brown, and Rhyleigh May.
