Description

On this weeks episode I bring on a young man with a wealth of experience in football coaching at a very good level.  Matt Percival has been involved in grassroots football since he was a lad and developed slower than most due to a move to Oman in his childhood.

When returning to the UK Matt started coaching at college and has never looked back spending time at Exeter City academy as a coach and now he plies his coaching trade at Yeovil Town Football Club in the under 18's.   Within Grassroots football Matt has spent lot his years playing for Ilchester and now helping out Frazer Harley in a supportive role.

Within the chat on todays episode we talk about different things that Matt has learnt on his way to becoming a UEFA B license holder, the people he has met (including Paul Konchesky) and how he knew that he would rather be a coach than a player.  For a 21 year old Matt talks about football with great wisdom and I could of spent hours talking to him about different things!

I hope you enjoy the episode as much as me, make sure you Like, share, subscribe and leave a 5 star review if you can!
