Matthew 6:25 - 31 instructs us not to take any thoughts and give the reason why. However, we also are instructed to take no thought saying. Many of us are saying too much, talking too much and not Praying and praising enough. If the devil can't get you to sin, he'll get you busy doing to much talking the problem, busy worrying, busy frustrating yourself, busy being anxious and not you are exhausted.
