Welcome back! To another brand new episode which focuses on health and what fitness/working out has taught me over the months!
1. Since starting to seriously take over my fitness back in February, how and why I got started at a gym

3. Staying humble is key, fitness journey is a long journey and really don't be discouraged when your body changes slowly or of how you feel and working on that discipline

For YOU the listener, starting your fitness journey is something that will benefit all parts of your life whether knowingly or unknowingly, no one cares what you put or do with your body but yourself, so be the change you wanna be and start at it, whether it be a small step or big step, it will lead you to a better you in the future. Always strive for a better you!
