This week we interview aesthetic physician assistant Molly Bailey. Molly Bailey is a certified physician assistant in the St Louis, Missouri area. She works at The Shine Spa which is a new med spa that opened towards of end of 2022. She got into the industry via looking for a role to get clinical hours to attend PA school. She found a local job as a medical assistant at a plastic surgeons office and she began to love that atmosphere. She explains how when she first started there wasn’t a real need for social media, it wasn’t as important and also now she goes into work mode more frequently. Believes the aesthetic industry can be challenging as you often have to be all in it than treating it like a side hustle but a pro is that you can choose your own schedule. Bailey has been getting to threads lately in her area, that’s what her clientele seems to be asking for more.
