Living with Alzheimer’s can be challenging, but gratitude brings comfort in the present. Though I may forget names or past events, I cherish the warmth of a hug, the sound of laughter, and the kindness of those around me. I am thankful for familiar routines that make me feel safe and for loved ones who stand by me with patience and love. Each moment of joy, no matter how small, is a gift. Though memories fade, gratitude helps me embrace the beauty of today.
