It's not just the loss of a loved one that can feel like grief - relationships, difficult decisions you've made - all good things must come to an end. But dealing with grief isn't it always easy. In fact, most people aren't quite sure how to deal with it - but there's no right or wrong; just what feels right. This week's episode is a little heavier than the rest.
