Just kidding but why does it feel like they always take on different news anchors’/ hosts’ personalities (remember the CNN anchor/ political analyst phase during elections) after watching their show? A question for another week, because on this week’s episode Nadine and Tarini are discussing Olivia Jade’s interview with Jada, Willow, and Adrienne on their show, the Red Table Talk. Olivia Jade is the daughter of actress Lori Laughlin (or as most people know her, Aunt Becky from Full House) and famous designer Mossimo Giannulli (or as most people know him - they don’t), who were indicted in the 2019 US college admissions scandal that reverberated through the world for the entitled attitude from those responsible. It once again represents the classism, elitism, racism (all the bad isms) blatantly rampant in our society. On a serious note, this week’s discussion analyzes Jade’s response to the event, the Red Table Talk’s approach while speaking with Jade, and truthfully the power of good PR.
