After struggling in 7th grade of the German Gymnasium (Grammar school, an academic secondary school that prepares pupils for a university education) he discovered his passion for growth. He switched schools and became a high-performance student as well as starting to develop his talent to support others to grow alongside him. Both his own and the growth of others have been an essential part of his life ever since.
