Hey have you ever wondered why the voice inside your head is mean. Have you ever wondered why people always say nobody is more cruel to you than you. Well, the reason is because the voice inside of you doesn't talk to you nice.
That voice is trained that voice is generally not you that voice is generally a learned perspective of all the negative views other people have placed on you whether you consciously knew them or not. Learn to talk to yourself nice. Give yourself Grace because every day that you were still here with us is an opportunity to do something better than the day before. So stop fucking giving yourself a hard time.
