In this episode, Michelle discusses her journey of experiencing Breast cancer and discovering the benefits of energy work and Feng Shui. Feng Shui is like 'acupuncture' for the home.
Michelle is a registered and licensed occupational therapist, Feng Shui practitioner, cancer survivor, mama to two beautiful girls, and animal rescue advocate. Michelle's mission is to help facilitate healing during illness, injury, and matters of the heart. Michelle believes that the real magic happens in our homes. It’s where habits change, and newly learned skills are easily translated into daily life.
Michelle provides her insights into Feng Shui:
- it's an astrological chart of a space
- some of the factors to consider when exploring a physical space includes; the year it was built, the direction that it faces (which is the direction of where the energy comes in)
- each home space has nine energy centres
- release blockages through the energy centres
- north is related to water and corresponds to your life's journey and career, northeast is where you can cultivate your intuition and west relates to creativity
- have fun getting to know the ba gua map of your house
