Wendy's pick: TikTok baked pasta recipe
Nikita's pick: TikTok baked oatmeal recipe
For TikTok baked pasta:
1 block feta cheese (8oz)
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil (can add more if desired)
salt, pepper, garlic, basil, red chili flakes
Pasta of your choosing (Wendy used bowtie)
Save some pasta water
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees
*In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, salt, pepper and most of the olive oil
*Put the feta cheese in the middle and drizzle olive oil over it, add salt and pepper
*Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes
*Once out of the oven, add garlic, basil, and red chili flakes
*Toss it all together then add your pasta, mix until all ingredients are combined
*Can add pasta water if your dish seems dry
*Enjoy
For TikTok baked oatmeal:
Rolled oats, 1/2 cup
Baking powder, 1/4 tsp
Banana, 1/2
Almond milk (though any milk will do), 1/4 cup
Pinch of Salt
Maple syrup, 1 tbsp
Optional: Egg - it'll make it more fluffy but it's still great without an egg
Extra (optional ingredients) - cinnamon, chocolate chips, peanut butter, almond butter, blueberries
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
*Blend ingredients together (oats, baking powder, banana, almond milk, salt)
*If using chocolate chips, blueberries, add it after you blend the aforementioned ingredients
*Put your batter into an oven-safe ramekin (greased)
*Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
*Do the toothpick test to make sure it's cooked through
*Enjoy! You can drizzle extra maple syrup or add peanut butter/almond butter for more sweetness and flavor
