Why did I record a podcast on books? Because it's a podcast I wish someone had recorded for me to listen to years ago.



"But Dan. books aren't fitness" Well I hardly talked about a book on anatomy did I? But you are dead right, book are not in anyway shape or form fitnessy unless the book itself is fitness related. However, there is more than meets the eye with this podcast. In this episode, I talk about the new found love lockdown has presented me and that is, the love for books. In this podcast, I speak about 5 books and lessons it has taught me and where I have been able to apply these lessons in life - Be it business related, dealing with stress, dealing with relationships, my own training, my own health and everything that encompasses becoming a better, wiser version of myself.
