The single most common thing a personal trainer will hear in the gym is an issue regarding losing body fat. So many want to lose it, but that same number find it extremely difficult to achieve any means of progress. It's extremely frustrating so in this podcast, I have set several goal outcomes I want you to take from the 22 minute listen
First of all, to understand the fundamentals behind fat loss: Energy balance, calories in vs out and your macronutrients.
The second thing I wanted to focus on was the main issue people have regarding fat loss. The mental aspect. Having a genuine WANT to lose weight, having the right mindset going into a fat loss phase and strategies and lifestyle changes you need to implement for a happy, successful and most importantly, a sustainable fat loss.
