This week I am bringing you a brand new mini series within the podcast itself. Monday - Sunday, I will be releasing a podcast where I speak to different clients who have achieved their own unique goals. In these podcasts, we discuss where they were when they started, their struggles, how they achieved their goals and most importantly, advice they would give someone who is currently in the shoes they once stood.



First up I'm speaking with Mags (Mags, I'm sorry for not putting "Mags" in the title). Mags works as a chef and has been working with me since March 2019. In the time working together, from a physical stand point, there is been a weight loss of over 40lbs. What lead to this was a change in mindset and a change in how we approached the situation. The effort is very rarely the issue when working towards certain goals, but more so where that effort is placed. In this episode, Mags and I chat in depth about that change in approach, her struggles and what's come from it!
