Today, I'm joined by John Condren, a client that started working with me in March 2019. Through working with John for nearly 2 years, we've gotten to know each other very well. As a result, this has made the coaching process and the efficiency of which we work towards John's goals, absolutely incredible. From dropping over 20lbs to gaining an insane amount of strength in the gym, to most recently completing a solo marathon in under 3 hours 30 minutes, which we chat about in great detail - This podcast is for all those who wish to go above and beyond with the goals they set.
