Today I'm speaking with client and good friend Jack Kinsella. I've been working with Jack for just short of a year, and the change we've seen in not only Jack's body composition, but also mentality towards training and life in general has been surreal. Jack came to me as an aspiring personal trainer, understanding full well that having a coach as a coach yourself is game changing in your own progression. In the sign up process, Jack realised that there was some weight that needed shifting, and 10 month later, 40+ lbs down and now 2 months into what seems to be the start of a long term gaining phase, Jack has really shown an insane work ethic towards these goals.

In this podcast, we talk about how Jack lost those 40lbs, went from being unable to run 1km to doing a 10km faster than yours truly (Jack, if you're reading this... I'm coming for you lad), to unleashing what I can only describe as an Irish Ronnie Coleman in the gym.
