This week, I had the honour of chatting with Shane Walsh. Shane is an online coach working with a growing team of coaches at Shane Walsh Fitness and he is also the host of the Shane Walsh Fitness Podcast. In this episode, myself and Shane delve into the topic of how to make fat loss enjoyable. It is no secret whatsoever that there is a certain stigma surrounding dieting. A stigma that makes dieting a negative and unenjoyable process. As we chat, we discuss potential reasons as to why that may be, how we would go about removing that negative mindset around dieting from someone, and of course, how to actually create an enjoyable diet!
